It's important to choose a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of at least 30, and to apply it generously to all exposed skin before going outside. Reapply every two hours, or more often if you are sweating or swimming.

This product comes empty so that you can fill up with the liquid sunblock of your choice, allowing you to use the most suitable product for your family, your kids or yourself.
No sunblock is provided with this product. Not suitable for thick zinc-based sunblock's.
